How long does it take?
Most orders come back within 24 hours. Drop it in the morning and it's usually home the same evening. If you need it faster, ask when you book and we'll tell you straight.
Does my laundry get mixed with anyone else's?
Never. Every client's laundry is washed on its own, start to finish. Your bag comes back with only your clothes in it.
Can you use my detergent or skip the fragrance?
Yes. Hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, cold wash only, hang-dry delicates — just tell us once and we'll remember it for every pickup after that.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or card on delivery. You get a receipt every time.
What if something is stained?
Point it out when we pick up and we'll pre-treat it. We'll always tell you honestly if something isn't going to come out rather than quietly hand it back.
